Nomad Pathway Badges

Description
This badge recognizes that the participant has successfully completed the Nomad program course offered by the First Peoples Innovation Center in the community.
This program enabled him to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to use digital fabrication technologies in a FabLab, with the goal of designing prototypes and solutions. He is able to use them independently and safely.
Here is the list of technical skills:
- 3D printing
- Laser cutting
- Vinyl cutting
- Electronic
- micro:bit programming
- 2D design
- 3D modeling
- CNC
He participated in employability workshops to give him the necessary tools to enter the job market.

Obtaining criteria
The participant has:
• actively participated in theoretical and practical activities during the 10 weeks training program;
• been present at least 75% of the time of the training;
• realized and presented a project with a minimum of 3 different technologies;
• reached the “Knowledge” level in the different technologies and software taught.
