Why digital badges?

The FPIC believes it is essential to offer its participants ways of recognizing the skills they have
developed during their FabLab training. The badges are a way of recognizing their learning and
motivating participants to get actively involved in the training activities offered in the various training programs.

It’s also important to emphasize soft skills such as collaboration, empathy and leadership, which are
skills developed in this type of context. Badges make all this possible and more!
